The Horus Condition Report application offers a mobile solution for creating detailed condition reports for artworks and historical artifacts. Developed to meet the specific requirements of conservation professionals, museum curators, and art collectors, the app aims to streamline the documentation process.

The initial trial is complimentary, with subsequent options available for purchase: a "Basic" version or an "Advanced" version. The "Horus CR Pro" app, available for download from authorized stores, provides comprehensive features. Users interested in advanced functionalities are encouraged to contact us for upgrade options.

Condition reports can be enriched with one to six annotated photographs; the Advanced Version permits adding six additional images with captions. The image size and report format are optimized for email transmission.

The reports include:

<li>One page to specify contextual details and identify the artwork</li>
<li>Annotated images indicating areas of damage</li>
<li>Detailed views and commentary on specific damages</li>
<li>Additional photographs (Advanced Version)</li>
<li>One page dedicated to recommendations and signatures</li>
</ul>

All reports are stored within the application and can be shared via email or uploaded to cloud storage. The Advanced Version introduces features such as editing recurring reports (e.g., initial and follow-up condition assessments), creating folders, and organizing reports by various criteria.

Main Features:
<ul>
<li>Inline picture annotation tools, including lines, rectangles, areas, and two additional tools in the Advanced Version</li>
<li>Automatic extraction of close-up images to enhance accuracy and save time</li>
<li>Predefined lists of common materials and damage types, customizable to specific requirements</li>
<li>Complete on-site process without the need for external devices: from capturing images to adding comments, signatures, and sharing reports — all on a single device, without internet or scanner dependencies</li>
<li>Multilingual interface supporting French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Swedish, Dutch, Modern Standard Arabic, and Portuguese. Terminology is approved by conservation experts. Automated translation of simple reports is also possible.</li>
</ul>

Images are automatically stored locally; annotated images can be exported as .jpg files for future reference. Sections of reports excluding the first and last pages can be generated for use in other conservation documentation.

In the Advanced Version:
<ul>
<li>Adds six photos with captions</li>
<li>Simplifies follow-up condition reporting (e.g., during transportation)</li>
<li>Allows sorting documents by date or accession number</li>
<li>Includes two additional drawing tools</li>
<li>Provides ergonomic enhancements for improved usability</li>
</ul>

This version is particularly suitable for users managing condition reports related to loans and exhibitions.

The Pro Version encompasses features such as group report management, import/export capabilities, report archiving, report pre-filling, synchronization with collection management software, unlimited photo uploads, and editing treatment reports.
