The initial trial is complimentary, with subsequent options available for purchase: a "Basic" version or an "Advanced" version. Condition reports can be enriched with one to six annotated photographs; the Advanced Version permits adding six additional images with captions. The image size and report format are optimized for email transmission.

Images are automatically stored locally; annotated images can be exported as .jpg files for future reference. Sections of reports excluding the first and last pages can be generated for use in other conservation documentation.
